What is TJFit?
TJFit is a premium fitness transformation platform offering complete 12-week training programs and diet systems, structured like a real coach plan for both home and gym.
How do I get started for free?
Create a free account and instantly access two complete training programs and two full diet plans — no credit card required.
What is the difference between free and paid programs?
Free programs are 4-week foundation starters. Paid programs are full 12-week systems with advanced progression, more exercises, and complete weekly detail.
How do the diet plans work?
Each plan provides daily meals with ingredients, calories, macros, and simple prep instructions. Weekly calorie adjustments are built in for progression.
Can I switch programs?
Yes. Any program you have purchased is accessible from your dashboard at any time.
How does messaging work?
TJFit messaging is username-based — no phone numbers or emails shared. Message coaches or other users directly on the platform.
How do I become a coach?
Apply through the Find a Coach section. Once approved by TJFit, you must accept the Coach Terms before accessing coach features.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards, via our secure payment partner Paddle.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your personal data is never sold or shared. See our Privacy Policy below for full details.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. All personal data is removed within 30 days.

User Terms of Service
By using TJFit, you agree to the following:
1. Eligibility — You must be 16 years or older to use TJFit.
2. Account responsibility — You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials.
3. Acceptable use — You may not use TJFit to harass other users, distribute harmful content, or attempt to access other users' data.
4. Purchases — Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. You are entitled to a full refund if requested within 14 days of purchase. Refund requests are handled directly by Paddle in accordance with their refund policy at paddle.net.
5. Content — TJFit programs and diet plans are for informational purposes. Consult a medical professional before starting any fitness program.
6. Termination — TJFit reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Coach Terms of Service
Coaches must accept these terms before accessing coach features.
Coach responsibilities
You confirm that you are qualified to provide fitness, nutrition, or related guidance in your jurisdiction, maintain any required certifications, and comply with applicable laws and professional standards.
You are solely responsible for the safety and suitability of programming you prescribe; TJFit does not verify medical clearance or supervise live sessions.
Content quality standards
Programs, PDFs, and media you upload must be accurate, original, or properly licensed. Misleading claims, plagiarized material, or unsafe protocols are prohibited.
You grant TJFit a non-exclusive license to host, process, translate where applicable, and display your content to end users who are entitled to access it through the platform.
Student communication
Communications with students must be professional, respectful, and appropriate. Do not solicit minors, send unsolicited marketing outside platform norms, or request payment off-platform to evade fees.
Respond within a reasonable timeframe when using TJFit messaging. You remain the responsible party for coaching decisions; the platform provides tooling only.
Platform rules and conduct
You will not harass, discriminate, doxx, spam, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to breach security. You will not circumvent billing, referrals, or access controls.
You will follow community guidelines, respect intellectual property, and cooperate with lawful requests from TJFit operations.
Consequences for violations
Violations may result in content removal, feature suspension, account termination, withholding of payouts where permitted, and referral to authorities if required.
TJFit may audit activity patterns to protect members. Repeated or severe breaches can lead to permanent removal from the coach program.
Acceptance and updates
By accepting, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and agree to be bound by the current version.
When COACH_TERMS_VERSION changes, you must accept again before coach tools remain available. Continued use after acceptance constitutes agreement to the new version.
Privacy Policy
1. Data we collect: name, email, fitness preferences, and program usage. We do not collect payment card numbers (handled by Paddle).
2. How we use your data: to provide and improve the TJFit platform; to send account-related notifications. We do not sell your data.
3. Data storage: data is stored securely via Supabase on encrypted servers.
4. Your rights: you can request data export or deletion at any time. Contact: support@tjfit.com.
5. Cookies: we use cookies for authentication only. No advertising cookies.
